Britany knows firsthand what it’s like to start fresh - whether you’re coming back from a fitness break, recovering from an injury, or just starting out. Creating a workout routine you’ll keep coming back to is all about building consistency while keeping things interesting and energising, which is why The Kickstarter workouts combine strength, barre, and cardio to create a fun, effective, and sustainable routine.

The Kickstarter Challenge features 15-25 minute workouts that you can complete from the comfort of your own home with a set of dumbbells and a chair. With beginner and intermediate options available, you can choose how many sessions you want to complete each week.
