This Policy explains what cookies and other similar technologies (collectively, "Tracking Technologies") are and the types of Tracking Products we use on the Sweat website ("Website"), blog, forum, online shop or one of our other products or services, all of which are part of Sweat's platform (the "Platform").

What are Tracking Technologies?

A "cookie" is a small text file stored on your device that contains information about your browser and online activity. Our Platform may also employ a technology called clear GIFs (a.k.a. web beacons) that helps us better manage content on our Platform by informing us what content is effective. How do I disable or remove Tracking Technologies?

Note that if you reject certain Tracking Technologies, you may not be able to access and use all our Platform's features.

Other technical data we collect and use

When you use the Platform, we automatically receive your computer's internet protocol (IP) address to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. We also use tracking software (NewRelic) to monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the Website. This software does not enable us to capture any of your identifiable data.

Sweat may revise and update this Policy at any time in its sole discretion by posting an updated Policy on the Platform. All such changes to the Policy are effective immediately when posted to the Platform and apply to all access to and use of the Platform thereafter.
