We Did It! Highlights From The Sweat Challenge
After an EPIC six weeks, it feels incredible to be at the Sweat Challenge finish line.

February 25, 2020 - Updated February 23, 2025

Congratulations, Sweat Community! Over the last 42 days we launched ourselves into six epic weeks of workouts, set our fitness goals and intentions and came together to Sweat. Through all of the ups and downs, you supported each other and completed the Sweat Challenge!
You should be SO proud of what you’ve achieved!
Can you believe over 45,000 of us registered for the Sweat Challenge?! There were members from 186 countries who ticked off more than 350,000 workouts!
Alongside your trainer and the rest of the Sweat Community, you completed rep after rep, sharing your struggles and go-to tips for digging deep and achieving your goals as we got stronger together.
We came together and put ourselves first
When you first signed up for the Sweat Challenge, six weeks might have seemed like a long time to commit to your fitness goals, but you challenged yourself and pushed through each week!
For some of you, this was the first fitness challenge you’ve completed and we applaud you. You were patient and persistent, and you made the promise to keep showing up and supporting each other.
We also had plenty of members who know exactly what the Sweat Challenge is about: a chance to reset their goals, mix up their routine, level up their training and ultimately remind them just how much you can achieve in 42 days with the support of thousands of women from every corner of the globe.
The Sweat Community vibes were high over on the Forum with thousands of comments, while on Instagram we launched our brand-new broadcast channel, The Latest Drop, to keep you motivated and celebrate your momentum.
And it wasn’t just good vibes we were sharing - there were some epic prizes up for grabs, too! To celebrate this Sweat Challenge we gave away an epic Prize Pack filled with our go-to fitness essentials to five lucky participants.
We found discipline and challenged ourselves
It was sometimes hard to find the motivation to exercise after work, once the family had gone to bed, or simply on those days when you’re feeling the fatigue that can come with getting back into a consistent routine, but you did it!
You pushed yourselves, smashed your weekly sessions and inspired us all! Over on the Forum, you encouraged each other to embrace a positive mindset and prioritised progress over perfection.
We learned from the trainers - and each other
During the Sweat Challenge, you received weekly emails that featured trainer tips and tricks to help you feel motivated, informed and ready to achieve your goals.
With their brand-new, goal-based challenges, Kayla Itsines, Kelsey Wells, Britany Williams and Katie Martin were all SO excited to support you on your Sweat Challenge journey. And now you’re at the finish line? They couldn’t be more impressed.
“That was hard but so, so worth it,” said Kayla, who followed The Body Burner Challenge right alongside the community. “If you're wondering where to next from here, there are so many programs on Sweat. There really is something for everyone.”
“Massive, massive congratulations,” shared Kelsey. “Thank you so much for trusting me as your trainer and for every single effort that you put in towards caring for yourself and your overall health.”
“I am so proud of you. Fitness journeys will always have their ups and downs and I’m sure you experienced a little bit of both over the last six weeks, but I want you to find the moments that you can feel accomplished over and I want you to celebrate those moments,” said Britany, with a powerful reminder that you are worthy of celebration.
“Congratulations, you did it!” Katie shared with her community. “Six weeks. Four workouts a week. You didn’t stop and I am one proud trainer!”
We supported each other
Whether you experienced moments of self-doubt, got sick or missed part of the challenge for any other reason, the Sweat Community was there to support and encourage you.
You were patient and took your health seriously, caring for your body so you could get back into your workouts because you know you’re in this for the long game.
You recognised that healthy habits are about so much more than how you train, sharing everything from meal prep ideas to motivation hacks with each other as we finished the challenge strong!
We celebrated our wins together
For those who’ve been with Sweat for a while, we loved to see you sharing your progress and celebrating your wins with the community!
Whether you’ve tried a new training style, started a new habit or discovered motivation you didn’t know you had, your achievements are amplified when you share them with women going through a similar journey!
