We Did It! Highlights From The Sweat Challenge
After an EPIC four weeks, it feels incredible to be at the Sweat Challenge finish line.

February 25, 2020 - Updated February 9, 2026

Congratulations, Sweat Community! Over the last 28 days we launched ourselves into four amazing weeks of workouts, set our fitness goals and intentions and came together to Sweat. Through all of the ups and downs, you supported each other and completed the Sweat Challenge!
You worked out alongside 35,000 women from 178 countries, and together we smashed out over 150,000 workouts.
Rep after rep, workout after workout... you should be SO proud of what you've achieved.
We came together and put ourselves first
For some of you, this was the first fitness challenge you’ve completed and we applaud you. You were committed and persistent, and you made the promise to keep showing up and supporting each other.
We also had plenty of members who know exactly what the Sweat Challenge is about: a chance to reset their goals, mix up their routine, level up their training and ultimately remind them just how much you can achieve in just a few weeks with the support of thousands of women from every corner of the globe.
The Sweat Community vibes were high over on the Forum with thousands of comments, and we loved seeing every single workout you tagged us in on socials.
And it wasn’t just good vibes we were sharing - there were some epic prizes up for grabs, too! To celebrate this Sweat Challenge we gave away 10 x $500 gift cards.
We found discipline and challenged ourselves
It was sometimes hard to find the motivation to exercise after work, once the family had gone to bed, or simply on those days when you’re feeling the fatigue that can come with getting back into a consistent routine, but you did it!
You pushed yourselves, smashed your weekly sessions and inspired us all! Over on the Forum, you encouraged each other to embrace a positive mindset and prioritised progress over perfection.
We learned from the trainers - and each other
During the Sweat Challenge, you received weekly emails that featured trainer tips and tricks to help you feel motivated, informed and ready to achieve your goals.
With their goal-based challenges, Kayla Itsines, Britany Williams and Katie Martin were all SO excited to support you on your Sweat Challenge journey. And now you’re at the finish line? They couldn’t be more impressed.
“The Sweat Challenge is always hard but so, so worth it,” said Kayla. “If you're wondering where to next from here, there are so many programs on Sweat including my brand-new Strength In 30 program! There really is something for everyone.”
“I am so proud of you. Fitness journeys will always have their ups and downs, and I’m sure you experienced a little bit of both over the last four weeks, but I want you to find the moments that you can feel accomplished over and I want you to celebrate those moments,” said Britany, with a powerful reminder that you are worthy of celebration.
“Congratulations, you did it!” Katie shared with her community. “Four weeks. Four workouts a week. You didn’t stop and I am one proud trainer!”
We made some EPIC meals
To help you get the most out of your Sweat Challenge journey we offered three delicious meal plans to help fuel your body and make mealtimes easier. With delicious, nourishing recipes, weekly shopping lists and a nutritionist created menu designed to support your training goals, we loved seeing what you cooked up!
We supported each other
One of our favourite things about the Sweat Community is the unbeatable support and encouragement when you’re thriving, but also in every moment of self-doubt, losing momentum, having no motivation or not feeling your best. The Sweat team is always here for you. The Sweat Community always has your back. And we applaud you for every choice you made that put your wellbeing first over the last six weeks.
We celebrated our wins together
For those who’ve been with Sweat for a while, we loved to see you sharing your progress and celebrating your wins with the community!
Whether you’ve tried a new training style, started a new habit or discovered motivation you didn’t know you had, your achievements are amplified when you share them with women going through a similar journey!
We will keep going strong together
Now that this Sweat Challenge is over, you don’t have to wait for the next challenge to continue your training. You can keep going towards your health and fitness goals (or set new ones!) and build on your progress. You've got this!

What to do after the Sweat Challenge
