July 3, 2023 - Updated May 11, 2026

Joining thousands of women and showing up for yourself for four weeks is the win we care about the most. But our giveaways definitely do sweeten the deal.
This Sweat Challenge, it doesn’t matter which program you choose or what your goals are - you can still be in the running to win a prize. We’ve got 5 x $1000 (AUD) gift cards to give away, and all you’ve got to do is Sweat at least once a week for the entire 4-Week Sweat Challenge.
Here's how to make sure you're in the running:
First off, you’ll need to register for the 4-Week Sweat Challenge. It all kicks off on Monday 1 June 2026 and runs until Sunday 28 June. If you’re already a Sweat member, you can join the Sweat Challenge using the “Join the Sweat Challenge” button on the pink banner in your app. If you don’t see the banner, make sure you update your app to the latest version via the App Store or Google Play. If you’re not a Sweat member yet, sign up here and download the Sweat app from the App Store or Google Play. After you’ve logged in to the app, you’ll see a banner prompting you to register for the Sweat Challenge.
Complete at least one workout every week over the 4-Week Sweat Challenge period. You’ll receive one entry for every workout you complete (capped at four entries per week).
That’s it! The winners will be selected at random.
