To The Sweat Community, Thank You!
December 21, 2023 - Updated March 28, 2024
In the world of Sweat, 2023 was a big year and 2024 is already off to a cracking start.
Over the last 18 months we’ve welcomed some incredible trainers, launched a number of exciting new programs, challenges and training styles, made working out even easier thanks to several new in-app features, and ran bootcamps for the first time in years across Australia and Dubai. Not to mention, our head trainer and co-founder Kayla Itsines had her second child, wrote a book and tied the knot!
But when it comes to talking about what an amazing time it’s been, what we really want to celebrate is YOU - the Sweat Community.
Whether we’re talking about a new program, trainer, Sweat Challenge or in-person event like our most recent boot camp celebrating the launch of Reboot with Kayla, it’s our amazing community that makes each milestone meaningful and worthwhile.
It’s your achievements and watching you show up day in and day out that keep us motivated on this mission - seeing you complete workout after workout, smash your goals, connect with other women around the world, and step into the best version of you.
So from the entire Sweat team and all the trainers, we wanted to say thank you. Thanks for showing up on your best days and your worst, for believing in yourself, and for supporting other women to be their best.
We have so many exciting things in store for you in 2024 and can’t wait to cheer you on every step of the way, but to celebrate you and how proud our team is each day, here are some of our favourite pictures from community events over the past few months. When people ask us what our why is, these pictures say it all.
