Program Overview

Yoga with Ania will help to improve your overall strength, flexibility, mobility and confidence with your yoga practice. Yoga can also help to relieve stress, and strengthen and awaken your mind and body connection.

All six weeks of this yoga program include three Vinyasa classes each week that will take you 25-40 minutes each. These include:

  • Full Body Class

  • Stretch & Balance

  • Dynamic Class

Each session is made up of multiple unique sequences, such as an Opening Sequence, Standing Sequence and Floor Sequence. There are also two low-intensity cardio sessions to help you build your overall fitness.

If you’re after individual yoga sessions to complement your existing workout routine without having to change your Sweat program, Ania also has yoga flows available On Demand.

Equipment

What you’ll need

To get started with Yoga with Ania, all you need is a yoga mat! If you don’t have a yoga mat, you can substitute for a towel instead. It can also help to have a yoga bolster and a blanket, but these are optional. If you don’t have access to these items, you can substitute them for other household items you might have like a pillow or cushion or complete each yoga flow without equipment.
