Living an active lifestyle has always been a form of release for me - it shows me that I am capable of achieving anything! My goal is to help women find their “why” with training.
My Bodyweight Strength program is designed for beginners or women who are looking to fall in love with fitness again. This program features at-home bodyweight exercises you can take at your own pace as we build a consistent strength training routine and get you moving. Get ready to feel stronger and more capable as we move through this 8-week program.
