Britany Williams
I’m Britany, and I have a range of fun and challenging barre, strength, pregnancy and post-pregnancy programs you can choose from. I’m based in Portland, Oregon and became Sweat’s first barre instructor in 2019! I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer and am also certified in pre and postnatal fitness. I believe that with the right attitude, anything is possible - all it takes is one good workout to give you the confidence that will carry you through your whole day.

My favourite part about being a trainer is seeing the women around me become the best versions of themselves through working hard to achieve their goals - and most of all having fun! As I have evolved as a trainer, I’ve become more and more excited about doing things differently to create fun and challenging programs that cover barre, strength training, pregnancy, and post-pregnancy. While my barre programs include traditional barre techniques and concepts, you can also expect a more contemporary twist with athletic, high-intensity movements to build strength and improve flexibility, coordination and control.
My original Barre with Britany program is for all fitness levels, and can be completed at home with minimal equipment. With modifiable, low-impact but high-intensity moves that strengthen your body, this program will push you mentally and physically. My High Intensity Barre program incorporates heavier weights and faster cardio movements, minimising the reliance on the barre itself for support. It’s a great way to progress from my original program - I know you’ll love it! My Ignite Strength program is the perfect way to build your strength and feel amazing with minimal equipment, while my Strength & Barre program combines my two signature training styles. If you’re expecting or have given birth, Pregnancy Barre and my two Core & Restore programs can support you to stay active and feel strong from bump through to birth and beyond.
