I’m Kayla Itsines, co-founder and head trainer at Sweat! I’ve been a certified personal trainer since 2008 and am also certified in pregnancy and postnatal exercise. My goal has always been to empower women by giving them the practical tools they need to improve their health and fitness and feel more confident.

I’m known for my signature high-intensity training style but no matter where you are on your health and fitness journey, I have 11 programs you can choose from, many including workouts that take just 30 minutes or less! I’ll be working out alongside you every step of the way — all YOU have to do is show up and Sweat. As a mum, I know what it’s like trying to juggle fitness, family and work all too well, and I’m so passionate about helping women move with confidence throughout every stage of life. I love helping women become the BEST versions of themselves and have created a range of programs you can do anywhere, anytime — using your bodyweight, free weights or machines.

My OG Kayla program (originally a PDF guide) is the program that kickstarted my career and has helped so many women around the world come together to smash their goals. High Intensity with Kayla follows the same format as OG Kayla but is more beginner friendly, High Intensity Strength is my gym-based program and High Intensity Zero Equipment is my no-equipment program. Follow along with Dynamic High Intensity, recharge with my Energy Boost Challenge, or focus on building core strength with my fast and fun HIIT Cardio & Abs program or my Ab Burn Challenge. Low Impact with Kayla is my easy-to-follow program that’s easier on your joints, and there are also my Pregnancy and Post-Pregnancy programs to support you on your fitness journey from bump through to birth and beyond. Even when you’re short on time, you can move your body and feel great in just 15 minutes with one of my express workouts!
