I’m Kelsey Wells, creator of the PWR programs and Redefine Fitness. I’ve been a certified personal trainer since 2016, am also certified in pre and postnatal fitness, and I want all women to feel self-acceptance and empowerment with my strength training programs.

My beginner-friendly Low Impact with Kelsey program is here to help you ease back into fitness and rebuild your strength using just a pair of dumbbells, and my Strong Glutes Challenge is the perfect way to build, shape and strengthen your lower body at home or in the gym with short, effective workouts.
