I’m Sarah Smith, creator of two pregnancy and post-pregnancy programs. I have been a certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach since 2014 and became certified in pre and postnatal training after welcoming my two girls. I’m passionate about guiding and empowering women to feel strong and active through all stages of pregnancy and beyond, and so much of my passion for fitness, promoting longevity and living a healthy lifestyle is motivated by my family.

From pregnancy to post-pregnancy, my programs focus on strength, mobility, functional movements, stability and are fun and challenging whilst supporting what your body needs at each stage of the journey. If you're a new mum or expecting, you can train with me at home or in the gym. These programs are designed to provide women with the confidence and strength they need through all the changes that occur during the amazing experiences of pregnancy and motherhood.
My mindset is focused on the power of consistency to create feel-good habits. The more we show up for ourselves to go on that daily walk, do a workout, try a new exercise or choose to fuel our bodies with nourishing meals, the easier it gets to do it again - the more it feels like part of who we are. We are in control of designing our day, week and how we shape our future. Let’s make amazing choices today that will become the foundation of the lifestyle we want to enjoy for years to come.
