Barre with Britany
This 12-week barre program is for all fitness levels and barre beginners, with two foundation weeks available. Britany’s barre workouts combine elements of ballet, Pilates and high-intensity movements to build your strength and improve flexibility, coordination and control.
I’m Britany, a NASM certified personal trainer, HIIT and barre instructor from Portland, Oregon. I became Sweat’s first Barre instructor in 2019 and have a range of fun and challenging barre, strength and pregnancy programs you can choose from.

Program Overview
Barre with Britany is perfect for women who want effective, low-impact training they can do anywhere, featuring challenging workouts that will work your entire body. If you’re new to barre, there are two foundation weeks included to get you familiar with Brit’s dynamic style of training. These beginner weeks include three 30-40 minute workouts, with an optional fourth session alongside two weekly cardio sessions. Your weekly workouts will increase from three to four in weeks 3-12.
Each workout has a different focus and will fatigue your muscle groups with small, targeted movements, high repetitions and small weights for resistance. While barre includes ballet-inspired moves, you don’t need to be a dancer to give it a try! Barre with Britany is suitable for all fitness levels and any space - meaning you can practice it from the comfort of your own home.
