There’s an optional foundation week designed to introduce you to this training style and the workout structure, followed by a challenging four weeks of workouts to build your strength and improve your fitness.
You can choose from three 30-40 minute workout options each week that include time-based strength and cardio movements, allowing you to control the intensity by changing how hard you push yourself.
Each week, your three workouts include:
Full Body Tabata
Full Body AMRAP
Strength & Cardio
The program also includes two LISS (low-intensity steady state) cardio sessions and an optional HIIT (high-intensity interval training) cardio session to increase your overall fitness, as well as a recovery stretching session to improve mobility and flexibility.
