Pilates with Sara
This 16-week program from Sara Colquhoun combines traditional and contemporary Pilates with elements of functional movement training in dynamic classes that will work your entire body. Get ready for Pilates sessions that will make you feel strong, athletic and powerful.
I’m Sara Colquhoun, a certified Pilates instructor and the creator of Pilates with Sara. I’ve been teaching since 2004 and believe fitness and movement are empowering and the key to a healthier, happier life.

Program Overview
Pilates with Sara is suitable for women of any fitness level, and if you’ve never tried Pilates before, there are four optional foundation weeks available to help you get comfortable and confident with the training style.
Each week, there are four Pilates sessions available that each take 30-45 minutes to complete, including:
2 Strength & Conditioning sessions
2 High-Intensity Interval Pilates sessions (one is optional until week 5)
1 Express Full Body session (optional)
You’ll also have one rest day and one recovery day each week, with Mindful Movement classes including gentle stretches to promote blood flow and muscle repair for your recovery session.
Short on time? The optional Express workouts are perfect for you as they’ll only take 10-20 minutes to complete, and you can find more Express Pilates sessions in the On Demand section of the app.
Pilates with Sara will help you to build core strength, improve full-body muscle definition, create better posture, increase flexibility and build a stronger mind-body connection.
