I’m Kelly MacDonald, creator of Mobility & Strength in Motion and my Lengthen & Strengthen Challenge. I’ve been a certified personal trainer since 2017, and as an ex-gymnast, my true passion when it comes to movement is mobility training. I want to help you stretch beyond your limitations so you can unlock more of your potential, connect with your body and move with freedom and confidence - today and for years to come. Trainer Overview

My own fitness journey started with gymnastics when I was just five years old - a sport that I can thank for the nickname ‘Floppy’, but more importantly, a sport that allowed me to fall in love with the sense of freedom I discovered through movement and pushing the boundaries of what I was capable of.

Representing New Zealand on the world stage in 2014 at the Commonwealth Games was one of my proudest moments, but now my mission is to bring that sense of freedom I feel through movement, to YOU. While it’s easy to focus on simply moving more, I want to empower you to move with more ease, balance, confidence and freedom.

My mobility program, Mobility & Strength in Motion, is suitable for all levels of fitness and flexibility, and can be done on its own or to support your other training. My Mobility at Home workout collection series (which can be found in the On Demand section of the Sweat app) is also available to help you incorporate mobility in your routine - whenever suits you best.
