I’m Britany, a NASM certified personal trainer, HIIT and barre instructor from Portland, Oregon. I became Sweat’s first Barre instructor in 2019 and have a range of fun and challenging barre, strength and pregnancy programs you can choose from.

Program Overview
Each week, you’ve got three full-body workouts, each with its own unique training focus, plus two optional express workouts:
Full Body Burn (cardio + endurance focus)
Full Body Flow (traditional barre focus - think balance, coordination and posture)
Full Body Connect (core connection focus)
Express Arms (optional)
Express Glutes & Legs (optional)
Get ready for fresh sequences, flows and exercises in a fully guided video format full of Brit’s real-time cues, motivation and support. The program gets more challenging each week to keep you progressing with increased reps, resistance, advanced exercises and more time under tension.
If you’re a barre fan, you’ll already know the burn well. If you’re new, prepare for a burn unlike anything you’ve experienced in traditional strength training!
